Frequently asked questions
What to know before you start
Real capabilities, transparent limits and no promises about features that do not exist.
Does Ticket.coffee turn incoming email into tickets automatically?
No. Tickets are currently created through the public form or manually in the dashboard.
Does the customer need an account?
No. They receive a private token link to view, reply, close, reopen and rate their ticket.
What do automations do?
They apply priority changes when an event occurs, such as creation, a customer reply, a status change or an SLA warning.
Does it include live chat, WhatsApp or social media?
No. Ticket.coffee focuses on a simple ticket workflow and currently does not offer live chat, WhatsApp, phone or social inboxes.
Can data be exported?
Yes. Reports can be exported in six formats from the dashboard.
What happens if I downgrade?
Mailboxes, rules or articles above the new limit are reversibly suspended. History is not deleted.
